This committee has two responsibilities: (1) To assess the viability of and necessity for proposed committees and to make recommendations to the Board of Governors regarding approval of their creation, and (2) To assess the viability of and necessity for existing committees and to make recommendations to the Board of Governors regarding whether to dissolve or modify them.

The committee shall be chaired by the Executive Vice President.
