This committee shall oversee the election of the Board of Governors and its Officers. The chair of the Nominations Committee shall publish and distribute a call for nominations to the entire Society membership.

The Nominations Committee shall be appointed by the Society President on or before February 1 of each year. The Nominations Committee shall consist of a chairman and 2 or more members of the Society, and more than half of whom shall be voting members of the Board of Governors.
