The Society shall be administered by an Administrative Committee of 15 elected members known as the Board of Governors. The terms of office of the members of the Board of Governors shall be for 3 years, with 5 members to be elected each year. The Board of Governors shall elect from its membership the governing officers as specified in the Society Bylaws, which will include the election of the Society President. The Society President shall be the chairman of the Board of Governors.
The Board of Governors shall have the responsibility for managing all aspects of the Society including the establishment of Society policies to the extent which is authorized by the IEEE Constitution, Bylaws, and Policies.
